Since developing chronic pain I have made photography a serious activity in my life. It allows me to be creative without being demanding physically, although sometimes I am limited in the places I can get to. Occasional holidays have expanded my horizons, but most of the time I'm restricted to local landscapes, plant and animal life.
On my photography website there are images of all these subjects, as well as anti-war demonstrations that I participated in when I was able to. The pictures of Canada, and most of those of London, were taken before chronic pain started. I haven't been abroad since Canada in 2003.
The image above was taken at the monumental Avebury henge in Wiltshire, at dawn in October 2007.
